CHELSEA IN BLOOM 2025 AT COLBERT

Flowers, fashion and French flair

This summer, we celebrate Chelsea in Bloom’s “Flowers in Fashion” theme by joining forces with French fabric house, Manuel Canovas.

The term ‘fashion’ originates from the Latin word ‘Facere’ which means to make. While staying true to our Parisian roots, this summer we will place a spotlight on the pivotal role textile design plays in fashion and celebrating one of Paris’ much-loved designers. The Manuel Canovas team plan to dress our terrace in a vibrant floral pattern and richly patterned weaves, bringing a touch of Parisian art de vivre to Sloane Square. Add to that, The Lucas Studio, will be adding abundantly planted trellises and pots and delicate floral tablescapes to our terrace.

We look forward to unveiling our summer terrace florals on Monday, 19th May.

FLORAL-INFUSED COCKTAILS

Did someone say Limoncello Spritz? Behind the bar, our talented team has been busy concocting a limited edit of floral-infused cocktails. Join us on our terrace, morning, noon and night for seasonal, flower-finished cocktails and a sparkling collection of wines and Champagnes, in collaboration with Pommery Champagne. 

 Always ideal for the French art of people-watching and now a seasonal talking point in itself, there’s no better place to witness summer unfurl than our terrace – where creativity and good food collide. Our limited-edition drinks menu is available until mid-September, 2025. Santé!
