As the sun’s rays begin to mellow in our neighbourhood, here at Colbert we’re noting the change of seasons with a few warming menu additions. This autumn, some treasured staples return to the spotlight, alongside new dishes.
Capturing the essence of the cooler, brisker months ahead, these dishes are available from 1st October. We hope they signal the start of a mellow season ahead for you too.
